In Buddhism, a butsudan is an altar found in temples or homes. It is usually a wooden cabinet with doors that enclose and protect a religious image of the Buddha or the Bodhisattvas (typically in the form of a statue) or a mandala scroll, installed in the highest place of honor and centered

With "i寺" you have the butsudan with you, in your pocket.
You feel protected and you can meditate anywhere, anytime.

The special features of the Butsudan are as follows:
- The main image : either pre-selectioned pictures or your own photos,
- Subsidiary religious items (called butsugu): incense burner, statues of buddha, Bodhisattvas,
- offerings: fruits, flowers, jewels, gold,

In addition to this Butsudan, you can add your special wish on a Ema (絵馬), which are small wooden plaques on which worshippers write their prayers or wishes.
